Is Moorings Park financially stable?
Moorings Park is the only Life Plan Community (formerly known as Continuing Care Retirement Community or CCRC) in the country to achieve the distinction of an A+ credit rating by both Fitch and Standard & Poors (S&P) ratings services. For over 35 years, our organization’s strategic direction has been set by a strong Board of Directors, comprised of volunteer community leaders. In addition to outstanding governance, our qualified executive team has established a successful record of leading an excellent staff dedicated to serving our residents and delivering quality amenities. Moorings Park’s rich history in the marketplace, its 200+ person waiting list, a very high occupancy rate, combined with a continuing strong demand, also speaks to our sound financial stability.

What type of community is Moorings Park at Grey Oaks?
Moorings Park at Grey Oaks is a Life Plan Community which is a residential community offering a long-term contract providing maintenance-free living, dining, wellness services and future assistance for changing healthcare needs. Residents in a Life Plan Community enjoy an active, independent lifestyle, while at the same time knowing that quality healthcare is available should the need arise. Embracing its surrounding natural beauty, Moorings Park at Grey Oaks is framed by lush landscaping and consists of 96 luxurious garden homes, as well as 13 penthouse-style residences. Blending a country club lifestyle with the security of quality healthcare, Moorings Park at Grey Oaks encompasses the Aqua, Jasmine and Viridian garden homes, as well as the 13 residences in Grande Place, which is also home to Oakstone, a state-of-the-art Assisted Living /Memory Care community, as well as a beautiful clubhouse and two resort-style pools.
What levels of care will be available?
Moorings Park at Grey Oaks offers unlimited on-site Assisted Living and Memory Care at Oakstone, should the need arise. These services will be included in the monthly fee. Should you require Rehabilitative Services or Skilled Nursing Care, residents of Moorings Park at Grey Oaks will also have preferred rates and priority access to The Chateau, a Medicare certified, five-star-rated skilled nursing center at the Moorings Park campus.

Moorings Park at Grey Oaks brings you the best of both worlds. Independent Living residents will enjoy exceptional activities and programs designed to enrich the mind, body and spirit within their own neighborhood. Plus, they will have access to many of Grey Oak’s amenities, including a Sports Membership affording owners year-round use of dining, tennis, bocce ball and a fully equipped fitness center. Golf access at three championship courses is included from May through October. Located at the corner of Airport-Pulling Road and Golden Gate Parkway, Moorings Park at Grey Oaks is just minutes away from the upscale shopping and dining districts of Naples. Conveniently located four miles from Moorings Park’s main campus, it is also at the center of many cultural attractions in the area, including Naples’ beautiful beaches.
Will Moorings Park at Grey Oaks residents have access to the main Moorings Park campus?
Yes, residents of Moorings Park at Grey Oaks can benefit from the fitness and wellness services at The Center for Healthy Living, including on-site 24/7 Personalized Physicians Healthcare. Residents will also enjoy the popular new Trio Restaurant, featuring an ambience of casual sophistication and innovative cuisine. In addition, residents are invited to participate in activities in the beautiful Bower Chapel including its outstanding concert series. Residents of Moorings Park at Grey Oaks will also have preferred rates and priority access to The Chateau, a Medicare certified, five-star-rated skilled nursing center.
Will there be a financial and medical application process?
Yes. Once you have selected your residence and have submitted an entrance fee deposit, you will complete a financial application and participate in a medical assessment. Upon approval, your acceptance is locked in until you move into your new home. By securing your approvals, you will have peace of mind knowing that if your health should change at any time throughout the process, you are assured residency at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks and all of its benefits.
Are meals included?
Yes. Your monthly fee includes 15 meals per person to be used in the beautifully appointed dining rooms at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks including the poolside SandWedge Bistro, The 105 Restaurant and our formal dining room, Vynes Restaurant & Bar, as well as Trio Restaurant located at Moorings Park’s main campus. Extra meals will be charged to your monthly statement. As a Sports Member of Grey Oaks you will also have access to Clubhouse dining at Grey Oaks and the Estuary Country Club, which will be billed separately. For those residents who enjoy cooking and grilling in the comfort of their own home, your residence will be equipped with a full kitchen so you can continue to prepare your own meals, entertain family and friends, and have the flexibility of dining in the convenience of your own residence.
What type of residences will be available?
In the Aqua, Jasmine and Viridian garden homes, residences are housed within 12 buildings in total. The ground floor is designated for parking and storage with four floors of residential living. There will be three spacious floor plans available ranging from 3,000 to over 5,000 sq. ft. A private elevator takes you directly to the front door of your home. At Grande Place, 13 penthouse-style residences feature varying sizes and configurations and are located just steps away from all the conveniences of the clubhouse, fitness center, pool and more.
How can I reserve a residence at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks?
Your first step should be to make an appointment with one of our Sales Associates. They will review the benefits, advantages, and pricing of our community with you. By viewing the community site and floor plans, you can determine the size of your home, building location, floor, and view that is perfect for you. Once you have made your selection, a required deposit is placed in an interest-bearing escrow account to reserve your new home.
