Daniel (Dan) Lavender
Daniel (Dan) Lavender is Chief Executive Officer of Moorings Park Institute, Inc. The recipient of a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Ohio University, an Ohio Certified Public Accountant license, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from Bluffton College, he has spent the majority of his career serving seniors. Earlier, he was Chief Financial Officer for Methodist ElderCare Services in Columbus, Ohio, helping to guide it through a period of strategic growth and improving financial performance. Previous assignments included regional and division leadership roles at Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services, one of the 15 largest multi-site non-profit senior living organizations in the country. Dan assumed the full responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer on October 1, 2009, and has been with Moorings Park since 2006.
Steve Brinkert, Vice President of Resident Services, enjoyed a 27-year career with NYNEX, Bell Atlantic and Verizon. He has held senior-level positions in Customer Services, Regulatory, Sales and Operations in the New England, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. After relocating from Boston to Naples, he was employed by the Ritz-Carlton Corporation in the Rooms Division. He has been an active member of community and professional organizations including the United Way and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Steve is a past Board Member of Moorings Park and Wyndemere Country Club in Naples. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Champions of Learning, Collier County Education Foundation and was the 2013 Chairman of the Golden Apple Program. Steve graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (BA), the New England School of Law (JD), and Northeastern University (MBA). His education also includes advanced studies in Labor Relations (Cornell University) and Marketing (Wharton School and INSEAD International Business School).
Diana L. Bailey
Diana L. Bailey is the Vice President of Clinical Services for Moorings Park, Inc. A recipient of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, she also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Michigan State University. As the VP of Clinical Services, Diana currently manages the nursing home, assisted living, home health, physicians clinic and therapy programs at Moorings Park. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior care having previously managed a senior care community in Harbor Springs, MI, before joining Moorings Park.
Mary Morton is Chief Financial Officer of The Moorings Park Institute, Incorporated. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Mary earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration, focusing on accounting and finance. She is a licensed CPA in New York and Florida. Prior to joining Moorings Park in 2012, Mary served as Assurance Manager for a national public accounting firm where she performed audits, reviews and other assurance and attestation services for companies in a variety of industries across the country.
Ross A. Dickmann
Ross Dickmann is the Vice President of Operations and Executive Director for Moorings Park. A retired United States Coast Guard veteran with 21 years of service, holding both command and executive officer level positions, Ross enjoys an operationally rich 20-year history leading premier retirement communities. Prior to joining Moorings Park, Ross served as Executive Director of five preeminent CCRC retirement communities located in Maryland, Virginia, Florida and Texas; three of which were new openings. His extensive hospitality experience and commitment to excellence create an above-and-beyond approach with every resident, family member and associate. As the Vice President of Operations and Executive Director, Ross will lead day-to-day operations at Moorings Park and provide additional supervision to Moorings Park at Grey Oaks.
Larisa Zadorecky is the Vice President of Human Resources for Moorings Park, Inc. Her experience includes executive leadership in a variety of industries, including healthcare, and a passion for organizational development and the impact of employee engagement on customer satisfaction. Zadorecky earned a Master’s in Business Administration with honors from Hodges University. She has also earned two industry-related designations including, the Society of Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and the Senior Professional in Human Resources, (SPHR). Zadorecky is committed to a culturally diverse and high performance workplace, where both residents and employees enjoy a culture of compassion, respect and well-being.
Jordan Scardigno is the Executive Director for Moorings Park at Grey Oaks. Since earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida near Orlando, Jordan has dedicated more than 15 years enhancing the lives of seniors in various communities throughout the area. Prior to joining Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, Jordan served as the Associate Executive Director and Director of Sales for a luxury for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the Southwest Florida market. As the Executive Director for Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, Jordan is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations while striving to uphold satisfaction amongst the community’s residents and staff.
